The Longest Despedida!

They say goodbyes are the saddest but you know, when you love someone you need to brave that goodbye for that selfless wish that they'll be happy in whatever path they want to take.

It was not easy, I tell you - to accept that a dear friend will soon be miles away.

Those times when a call/text would suffice a meet up. Those times when you'd giggle until your stomach aches or those times when you had those long serious conversation about work, career, boys, love and life - those times you can not do anymore because of the distance. 

Those things will surely be missed. 

Then you realize that at some point, there's a void in your heart that is somehow hard to mend, hard to replace.

But life goes on and to honor that dream your friend wish to pursue, you need to pursue on your own dreams too.

It was a loooong goodbye. 

Since food is one thing that keeps our bond, here's a series of those eat outs as part of her almost never ending despedida! Hahaha

First: CASA VERDE

Before her soul searching in the province.

Sorry for the make up by the way, I had to do a studio shoot. Hehe

 

 

Second: BIGBY'S

This was when she went back from the soul searching.

We wore something yellow since she loves Spongebob and Spongebob is yellow.

Third: DA VINCI'S

Before going to Manile. This time with her mother that is sexier than her, Celestine.

This was when Ulan met Celestine and Ulan's face was like "Mmmmm?"

Fourth: DA VINCI'S (Again or as usual?)

P.S. FINAL NA GYUD NI!

The night before her final departure when Ulan cried for almost an hour because he felt like he was kidnapped. Bwahaha

I know it's a new world out there but don't ever forget, friendship knows no distance.

We might not be physically there when you'll need someone to hug or when you'll need a shoulder to cry on or when you'll need a hand to squeeze, but we will always be those friends you can count on, those friends who will listen and those friends who will always be there through thick (bisan tambok nata karon) and thin (katong daot pata sauna), tingbitay man o daghag kwarta, ginabot man o pizza.
